By using Origin-Egypt.com, you agree to the following terms. These terms outline our role as a facilitator and limit our liability regarding trade transactions.

1. Nature of Service

Origin Egypt operates strictly as an independent introductory broker and sourcing agent. We facilitate connections between international buyers and Egyptian suppliers. We do not manufacture, own, or ship any of the products listed on this platform.

2. Limitation of Liability

All sales contracts, quality specifications, and shipping agreements are made directly between the Buyer and the Supplier. Origin Egypt holds no legal or financial liability for:

• Supplier performance or breach of contract.
• Product quality, defects, or safety standards.
• Shipping delays, cargo damage, or logistics issues.
• Financial losses resulting from trade disputes.

3. No Agency or Partnership

Origin Egypt is an independent entity. We do not act as an agent for the supplier, nor do we enter into joint ventures with manufacturers. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and third-party inspections before finalizing shipments.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes regarding our brokerage services shall be settled under Egyptian jurisdiction.
